Human feces in the parking lot
There was human feces on the lot by where you can scan to park. Filthy
I paid for parking like I do everytime
I paid for parking like I do everytime, just to come out from work to find a parking ticket on my vehicle. I paid for 12 hours of parking and only used 6 hrs. I actually got off early. So I double checked that I didn't forget to complete my transaction.
They do not have parking meters on…
They do not have parking meters on site. And they think everyone has a credit card. And their customer service is a joke. Tried calling and got nothing. They dont even have a way to pay fines by mail.
Website works as should
The QR code works perfect and the website is easy to navigate. What knocks offs the 2 stars is the fact you force the user to use the website, then charge us to use it. It's kinda, no very, crappy of you to charge people to use the site when there's no other option.

APP & Website Operation interface
PARKING.COM APP & Webside interface are easy to understand, however hopefully add “license plate delete” & “my payment methods delete” I am a turist. I may rent a car with different license plate from different state. I am worry about when I return the car, someone rent that car to PARKING.com ‘s parking lot. May I still be charged it? When I didn’t delete license plate.

The app is terrible and not user friendly. I tried for 30 minutes to try and pay. Then I tried the web site and no luck there either. I was already at work and unable to go back to the parking lot to hit the QR code. NOW I HAVE A $40 TICKET!!!
Price jumped from 8.99 to $16
Price jumped from 8.99 to $16. That’s god damned robbery for an open air lot next to a construction site.
You raised your rates 6 dollars in 3…
You raised your rates 6 dollars in 3 days I would call that price gouging
Expensive
Expensive parking for no frills. Lot is not monitored or staffed, it's the old Rite Aid location. $7 for 3.25 hours plus $0.99 service fee on any duration. If I knew I could add more time remotely I would have gone with that option since I left early, but it's not transparent. Close to some shops but also in the middle of an area undergoing significant renovations and building, so beware.
