Parking lot closed to public without notice!
I rented a parking spot from m Friday afternoon to late Saturday morning. Thank goodness my husband and I were ready to leave early on Saturday morning. When we arrived to our vehicle, there was a note on our car stating the parking ramp closed at 4pm the previous day, which I was not aware of. The ramp was closed for repairs. We got security involved and were able to exit thru the entrance with assistance. The workers told me that we were lucky to have arrived at our car when we did. If we would have arrived 30 minutes later our car would have been stuck in the ramp until Monday morning. I don’t know why I was able to reserve a spot in a parking garage that was closing for maintenance work in the first place!
Prepaid for parking but garage closed no reply from this company
I would give these folks a 0 star review if I could. I prepaid for parking and upon arrival to the garage I was met with a sign stating the entire garage was closed for maintenance. Over the next 2 days my phone calls and messages went unanswered and it's now gotten to the point of a pending chargeback against this company. Beware and avoid using this company's facilities at all costs.

Gate did not open because my prepurchased information was not linked to the ramp controller/server. I had to honk my horn to get someone to come assist. It took the individual about 10 minutes to resolve my issue.
Might a suggest an update on your instructions and pilot test the process to make sure everything works.
Incorrect Instructions
The directions from parking.com were incorrect. I was told to press the help button and give my confirmation number at the exit. The parking lot had no help button. I called a phone number on a sign at the exit and that person didn't have any information about my reservation. However, this person was polite and helpful, and figured out a way for me to exit after taking my contact info.
Parking.com gets 1 star; even the web site rejected my first reservation attempt with an odd code and I needed to select a different location.
The support from my local garage would get 5 stars but they aren't a part of parking.com. That person saved the flawed transaction.
Wasn’t able to get out of the place
Wasn’t able to get out of the place. Instructions didn’t work and I needed to call the support number in order to get out
Price was great, wrong garage address
Price was great. The address associated with our pass was put into the GPS and we followed it. When we exited the venue the parking attendant said this was the right address from the parking pass, but the wrong garage. So we had to pay way more on the spot. Very disappointing.

I had a problem checking out. The machine couldn't read my ticket. I asked for help and they were able to get me checked out quickly.

The system somehow canceled my reservation without notification. Had I not checked the day before a 75000-plus person event, parking may have been impossible. The cancelation did not drive a refund until I called customer service, but eventually got it sorted out. I ended up rebooking.
At the parking site, the process was a breeze.
If using this service for a mega event, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking to ensure everything works before the event!
Ticket machine was broken
Ticket machine was broken, causing long wait times to exit. All the ticket machines in the lobby were closed, which I didn’t even know they did for automated machines. The displays just read “closed.” The only machine that was open was one lane of the exit ramp. It didn’t work for the person in front of me, causing a long wait before I could even try, and it didn’t work for me. I patiently and carefully inserted my ticket but the machine simply wouldn’t recognize the ticket and kept rejecting it. I pressed the button for help and after a long, difficult to hear conversation with the person on the other end, they texted me a link to pay on my phone. But, doing so added a service fee! All told, it took me about 15-20 minutes to get out of the ramp on a weekend when very few people were there. It’s 2024 there’s no reason for this to not work (and no, this was not the weekend of the crowdstrike outage). Will not be parking here again.

The Car park was clean and felt safe
The Car park was clean and felt safe, I stayed for 3 days, I code wouldn’t scan scan, had to call every time I wanted in and out which was annoying. But it was cheaper than paying for valet parking at the hotel.

Exterior pedestrian entrances were locked. We had to walk back in the auto exit ramp to get to our car.
Very low ceiling not properly identified when booking.
Unclear how to provide booking info. Needed to ask attendant for help.
Bad customer service
The ticket wouldn’t read when trying to exit the ramp. We had to wait trapped in the ramp for 15 minutes while someone on the speaker attempted to solve the problem. The attendant over the speaker tried manually entering the ticket info and it did not work. At this point the $7 should have been waived and bar raised to we could leave. The attendant continued asking for irrelevant information (license plate number, phone number, etc). Finally attendant said they would text me a link to pay, which then required more time waiting for an authorization code and confirmation of link. Literally could have eaten the $7 fee and let us go rather than making us very late to our event.

The ticket reader was not working
The ticket reader was not working. We called for help and gave info from our ticket and got no response. So we called for help again and we gave all the info again was given a code by text so she could enter it to make the gate open. All of this took 20 minutes and we still were asked to pay 20.00 for parking. In the mean time 4 other cars were waiting behind us honking at us. I was texted 3 times during the event I was at for a pymt.
Double charged
I prepaid for parking and had the QR code on my phone. The machine could not read the code in spite of multiple attempts. I ended up taking a ticket and having to pay again prior to exiting
