The bar code only worked once

The bar code only worked once, when I first got there. I paid for 31 hours of parking. When I got out and tried to comeback in, the barcode did not work anymore. WTH
Also to get in through the door to get to the car, the barcode did not work. Fortunately an attendant was nearby and let me in. But your service needs to get better, you’re scamming customers

My parking ticket did not work…

My parking ticket did not work when I got in and when I left. I had to call into customer service both times.
To add insult to injury I paid $21 for parking and noticed that if I had just driven in without purchasing the ticket online, the daily price for the weekend was just $15.

Hard finding entrance

Difficult to find the entrance and the map was a bit deceiving. Had to wal about 10 blocks to my destination. Also, the scan code for the Reservation did not work either entering or exiting.

Pre-Purchase Ticket Difficulties

I pre-purchased parking time on line. When I arrived to at the parking facility, there were no instructions either in my confirmation email or on the ticket dispenser about how to handle parking the garage when I pre-purchased my time.

When I left the parking garage, it took roughly ten minutes. The scanner on the ticket receiver wouldn't read the barcode I had for my pre-purchased ticket. I had to utilize the garage's customer service team over the intercom and they wrote down my ticket information and let me pass.

The point of this review is that the garage is not set up well at all to guide those who pre-purchase tickets. There is very limited time for a traveler to read prompts from the dispensers, and nothing communicates what to do if you have pre-purchased your parking time. A customer cannot sit there and call customer service while traffic builds up behind them.

I do not believe I would ever use this service again until the company resolves the poor instructions.

Couldn't scan the QR code, got refund

There wasn't away to scan the QR code provided to get into the parking garage. However they have worked to get me a refund.

Trapped in the exit

Purchased a month parking pass. Pass allowed entry into the walk- in gate, but did not work for vehicle entry or exit. Called the customer service number while stuck at the exit gate and was told I needed to come to the administrative building to straighten this out. Used the help button on another occasion and was told that my account couldn't be found and to pay to exit. Had to be manually let out each time. The last time, I had to wait for an attendant to arrive, because no one was on site at the time. Will not use again.

qr didn't work

qr didn't work on arrival, pulled a regular ticket. When returning from the stadium, could not get into parking garage even after contactin a person on the telephone number at entry. Finally got into garage after next door business said to walk around street to another exit. Then trying to find the car was difficult and when exiting 3 cars were backed up because the app did not work to get out, finally someone arrived to help get the gate to open since the qr again was totally useless for all 3 cars. Wasted time and anxiety for a simple task. Will never use again.

Worst parking garage ever!!

Worst parking garage ever!!! Don’t trust them they are scammers and would rob you! Find another parking garage! I paid for 3 days to park my car and they sent me a QR code to scan everytime I want to enter and leave the building and the QR code wouldn’t scan and I couldn’t get in! And then calling on the intercom for help the person was so rude and hung up on me!! Never again will I go here and waste my time and money ! They are plenty of other parking garages you can go to but please save your time and money and DONT ATTEMPT TO GO TO THIS ONE!

Qr scanners did not function getting or…

Qr scanners did not function getting or out, staff on site misinformed their ability to assist via call button, calls to help line disconnected twice, took an extra 20 minutes to just leave when paying in advance is supposed to be better..
Never again and will be informing any I can to not come here either.

Prepaid only to have the QR code not work at the gate AND it was more expensive to prepay than to pay at the lot

Do not recommend

Used this app to reserve parking in a garage in downtown Houston. Couldn't get it to scan in any of the garages devices. We ended up having to buy a ticket and pay that way, which ended up being cheaper than this app, and we are out the money we spent on this as there is a no refund policy. Do not use this service unless you know for a fact that it will work. Very disappointed!

Need to provide better instructions…

Need to provide better instructions around how to get back into the garage at the end of the stay. We ended up having to call garage security to get let back in because we couldn't get in with either the parking.com code or the ticket provided at the garage. It might have been an issue with the garage itself, but it was frustrating nonetheless. The garage itself was nice, though.

Large trucks not within their spaces…

Large trucks not within their spaces made it very difficult to get out of space. Took me at least five minutes back and forth to finally get out.

Prepaid Pass was Worthless

I prepaid for parking, but there was no way to use my printed pass to get out of the garage. There was no attendant and no answer to the phone number given on the pass. I had to pay again just to avoid being late for my next appointment.
