It said on line that parking at the Sahara Hotel/Casino for the SEMA event required paid parking. I paid $40.99 for parking on line for The Sahara to attend an event at the Convention Center. Upon arriving at the parking lot, there were no attendants or automatic check in parking. It was open parking to the public.
I should not of had to pay $40.99 to park when it was free to park.

I had to give it a 1 because 0 is not an option. We got stuck at the gate for 15 mins the first time we used their parking garage. And this last time we got stuck in an elevator. I will go out of my way to avoid any of there managed facilities. And they would not even give me a full refund. I will be filling a more formal complaint. Let’s see how they will resolve it.

Way over priced for a mid day Saturday with no events starting. Wanted to run my daughter into M&M world for 30-45 mins and having to pay flat rate $25 is BS

You sold my spot to someone else
You sold my spot to someone else! I arrived only to be blocked from entering by staff saying the lot was full. I explained I already paid for a spot. I was told to take it up with you.
I had to park a mile away and walk.
