I went to pay and the machine ate my parking ticket. I pressed the button to speak to someone. When they can online they said that they needed to text me a code. I told them the code and that they would send me a text with the amount to pay. The person told me I would only be charged $1.00 for my parking. When I received the text and it said "Please make your payment to avoid a penalty charge". I clicked the link and the charge was $3.99. I am not sure why I was overcharged and why I had to pay service fee when it was their machine that ate my ticket. If you park here beware of this and this is going to make me rethink about parking in this parking lot in the future.
