I found a spot fairly quickly however I paid using the QR Code on the sign next to my car. I paid $20 to park only to be given a parking violation stating I didn't pay. I was able to send a dispute... See more

It was simple and easy
I don't recommend using this parking…
I don't recommend using this parking service. Due to their technical issues, I received multiple tickets, and they eventually sent my information to debt collection. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but despite their assurances, it was never resolved.
Website error caused a $74 ticket
I had paid for parking 4 days prior to this using the QR code. On the 5th day, the website glitched and my payment didn't go through. In the 15 minutes it took me to realize this, I'd already gotten a $74 ticket. Not realizing I'd gotten a ticket, I paid my daily fee at the walk up station. I disputed the ticket online (including my walk up receipt) and received a form letter back denying the dispute. The form letter was generic and said i had stayed beyond my allotted time and did not address the specifics of my dispute. Had the website not had issues, I would have paid my daily fee, as I had each of the days before, and not gotten the ticket.

Why would I rate a parking experience
Why would I rate a parking experience? I pulled my truck into a parking lot and paid $15. What is there to rate?

Convenient and Easy
It was so easy. It didn't take very long to input the information and get the parking spot paid for.

This parking is a joke
Got a ticket 2 hours after I paid for 12-1/2 hours. Trying to take advantage of people. Every car in the parking lot had a ticket

Would only let me renew some parking had to stay up to 3am to pay for my parking spot…
Would only let me renew some parking hours between 3:30am and 4am. Said online that the lot was closed even though the meter in the lot offered overnight options. The “overnight” parking option only lasted until 4am regardless of when you paid so I had to get up at 4am to pay

Your company is crooked
I went to extend my parking session and the app wouldn’t let me put in the proper time. So I paid for 11:00 am to 5:00 pm because that’s all the app would let me enter and I got a ticket before 11:00 am. So your app steals money from customers. I will never use your app again and I will tell everybody I know not to use your app ever!!
Easy to use…
The only comment I would make negatively is that a lot of people go up to the machine and try to work it but the signage doesn't actually tell you not to use the machine. This frustrated many customers that I saw walk up to it. I like the ease of just scanning the Q code but I think older people are not familiar with that. I also like the fact that I can do this from home which makes it easy

The machine would not work but the code…
The machine would not work but the code worked. It was just a pain to have to do two times as we had dinner reservations and it was raining.

Easy app but price is double when there is an event.
Once you set up an account the app is pretty easy. The price went up from $10 to $20 and now we have to pay a fee. Which I don't think is fair. Several of the pot holes need to be fixed.

I paid for my parking and received a ticket
I paid for my parking and sent screenshots of date time and location and still wasn’t enough proof to clear me not having to pay a 60 DOLLAR PARKING TICKET!

Being able to reserve the parking spot…
Being able to reserve the parking spot and pay for it before I even get there is great.
I was in and out in no time
Paid every day got still got tickets every day…
Paid every day and got a ticket every morning. App is not easy to create an account with and not user friendly in guest mode.
The price to park is unaffordable
The price to park is unaffordable. But with no where else to go what choice is given? None. Some people don’t make more than $9.00 and hour. Some of us also have children. I had to spend $20 to park my car just to walk 8 blocks with a baby and toddler in the rain. Your service is unaffordable and ridiculous.
$20 for parking my car for 2 hours is…
$20 for parking my car for 2 hours is insane.
