Easy to pay for with QR code
Easy to pay for with QR code . A little more expensive than we are used to
Parking was clearly marked
Parking was clearly marked, QR code was easy to find - all around great experience!
Ease of registration and payment
Ease of registration and payment. Cost to park is ridiculously High.
Expensive, crappy lots.
Website for paying does load everytime. Parking is expensive relative to other parking lots. The parking spaces are short and narrow. They spam your email address too.

I am not a city person so I was unsure I was doing the process correctly. Sadly my only complaint is price. I am not rich. Going to eat at a nice restraunt I had to dial back what I wanted because of how much I spent on parking. After I left parking lot it is nice to get confirmation that I left and that it seemed like I did the process correctly.

Never Park Here!
Never Park Here!
$46 for a few hours of parking is ridiculous, looked to even extend my time and it was another $35. I should have researched before parking but I had an appointment and could not change. Complete rip off!

Easy to use.
I entered the new license plate number…
I entered the new license plate number of the rental car I was in but it either didn't save or work because, without me realizing it, it started the parking session under my default license plate. I submitted time stamps, photos, etc. showing the car that got ticketed and proved that it was just a mix up in plates and was still found to not have shown "conclusive evidence". The bad reputation of parking companies in Nashville has proven to be well earned.

Too expensive
Too expensive! 36.99 for 2 hours and a half empty lot! Never again will I use this service!
I scanned the QR code downtown…
I scanned the QR code downtown Nashville and paid for parking just to still receive a ticket on my windshield. The ticket was issued at 11:07 but my parking wasn’t over until 12:32. The ticket violation was $60. I disputed it with receipt and was denied. I will be taking it over and beyond because I’m not paying for parking twice. Just to park there for an hr cost me $21.00
