I made a "reservation"
I made a "reservation". But when I arrived, there were no empty spots. Also, I have not yet received a refund of the money I prepaid. This is the worst parking experience I have ever had.

Don’t park here! He/she gave me a $60 ticket regardless of having proof that I had paid. Total scam.

Could have been better!
I wanted to put more time in then it would let me in the beginning. Then, it made it sound like I wasn’t going to be able to extend the time. Unfortunately, we walked all the way to the car and about the time we got there and we got the Email/text that we could extend the time. However, when I tried to extend it, I kept getting errors. Therefore, we just moved to the car somewhere else.

I got a ticket a very expensive one. I used your app and for some reason it didn't go through. Then I get a message saying I'm out of time. Ive never used this app before. I'm from out of town and this experience does not make me want to visit Denver again. I tried to be a good citizen yet got a ticket. Please help if you can.
