The booking process and arrival/departure was great. The only part that likely cannot be controlled by Parking.com is the way the City of Chicago continues to money-grab while reducing services they provide. Case in point: To park at Burnham Harbor cost $75 per car for the Bears Game. The City, in their quest to save money, decided to put chains and padlocks on all of the trash bins. We had to find alternative places to throw out our tailgate trash. Why?? The only reason has to be that the City did not want to pay for a Monday morning garbage pick up. Ridiculous!

Easy to get in and out. Super close to Soldier field. Couple minute walk.

The parking attendants mislead us and told us to park at another wrong lot despite showing our printed receipt. Careless and more interested in talking to themselves rather than assisting customers at the Burham Lot. We wasted 20 minutes and it took 5 attendants to finally tell us where to go back at the Burham Lot.
Truly terrible with -12F temperature.

$75 for a parking space that was so tight, people had to wait on each other to get out. They illegally parked cars in a designated firelane to make more money. Rip off!

Made the reservation with ease using my phone. Google navigation took us directly to the lot and we were parked right away and headed to the game.

Parking was so close to Soldier Field. Easy access from Lake Shore Drive. Getting out and on our way home was a breeze.

Most affordable! Every thing went smooth. I will definitely use this app again for my future event parking needs!!

Was easy to go on website & buy parking for Soldier Field event

I could not get to my email to show parking staff my parking purchase. They shrugged their shoulders and said sorry we can't let you in. If Parking.com has my information then why doesn't parking staff with their devices? I tried to call...no answer. $75 dollars down the drain because Parking.com can't keep up with modern technology. Parking.com has my name, address, debit card number, car, license plate number! I was sooooo upset!

The distance from the lot to Soldier Field was great. The attendants were pleasant and helpful. In and out was so quick and easy.
