So free parking for 2 minutes while it takes you that long to walk to the store after that is 10.00 for 3 minutes who ever is in charge has a licence to steal and I will report this to the NYAG rip off

Economical parking for us commuters into Center City.

Such a convenient and easy spot to park and get into Philadelphia with the NRG station right there. Never an issues

I was double charged for parking last night!!

There are not enough signs with QR codes or instructions on how to pay for parking at the NRG subway station in S. Phila. The lot is technically part of Wells Fargo/Comcast so I couldn't pay using the Septa Park app. There are a few signs that tell you how much parking is $2 and no exceptions. I had to walk all around until I found a sign with the QR code to pay.

I usually have good luck with this parking app, not yesterday. I paid $15.35 to the App for parking and still got a $25 parking ticket at a lot in downtown Richmond VA. While I was calling to dispute (still unresolved) a woman was also complaining about the same thing to her friends. I overheard and provided her with the complain phone number. Not a great showing for the App that day. In fairness it is only the 2 problem I have had in over 3 years so that’s not bad but is still irritating.

So easy, really like being able to pay in advance. So convenient

The app is not working properly for park and ride. No one returns calls. Otherwise, convenient.

the app didn't work for multiple tries. It didn't give me a confirmation that the payment process worked. it finally worked 30 minutes later. I found out that night that multiple "pending" charges were made to my credit card.

The parking app has not worked in a while and it is very inconvenient to have the normally quick process to pay lengthened.

It is easier for park and ride public transportation

Everything is quick & simple! The only issue I have is not being able to immediately speak with someone regarding any issues far as adjustments needing to be made due to an keying error.

The concert was cancelled and reschedule for 2/21/24 and the parking was suppose to be free
The attendant at the entrance asked for the old receipt but I did not find it she told me to pay and get reimpersed later if I show proof of payments
Now I have the credit card statement shows that I paid on 12/7/23 $35 for parking
How can I get reimbursed for the second charge of $35.

I attended a concert on 9/18/23 and parked in Lot K of Citizens Bank Park. The attendant ran my card, said it didn't go through, and ran it a second time. When I received my credit card bill, I had 2 charges for parking and should have had 1. Parking is expensive enough without being double charged!
Please resolve!
