Signage was not all that clear--jumbled…
Signage was not all that clear--jumbled with too much information.
And, like SEPTA has just instituted, we ought to be able to pay for parking on line, from home, before we get to the lot. Not sure if that's possible now.
Otherwise, the price was just right!

Yes, The transaction is quick and easy. I can leave my car knowing that it’ll be in the same condition i left it and I don’t have to worry about tickets.

5 Minutes for $1
I had never had to use parking.com before. It took me 5 minutes to go through the process of registering just to pay a $1 fee. This is crazy.

The app was a nightmare to navigate
The app was a nightmare to navigate. Took me longer to figure out how to pay to park than to run into the stores that I wanted to. Deff the worst parking app I’ve used. Not user friendly at all.
