I spent $25 on overnight parking in a “garage” and address took me to an empty parking lot with no signs. I called for help and they provided me with a new address across the street. Crappy experience
The scanner did not work, so we had to get an entry ticket and pay for it when we left. Additionally, the address the website gave us was not the address of the parking garage.

Don’t waste your money!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I prepaid for a week and received a QR code which did not work. I had to take a ticket and pay the daily fee as there was nobody available to assist me. I called the number for assistance and left a message and nobody even bothered to return my call. I then found much cheaper parking elsewhere for the remainder of my stay. I will never use your facilities again.

The parking garage didn't even except it
The parking garage didn't even except this reservation. The name and address were correct but they said they don't except from parking.com. so I paid 25 dollars twice for no reason.
Do not prepay!
I purchased my parking for the weekend trip to Milwaukee in advanced and every time I tried to scan my code, it never worked. So had to take tickets each time going in and out having to pay double for one vehicle for the same weekend! Not happy!

Prepaid pass did not work at gate
I prepaid for parking and printed the pass, but the kiosk at the gate wanted a bar code or QR code to scan and neither the print out or the receipt had one, so I had to pay again to exit the ramp. Paid double for parking!
