Price was hiked. I was quoted $11.99 for 2 hours, same fee for 3 hours. I parked less than 3 hours and was charged $16. What's that extra $4 for? Service fee? Arm raising fee? Wax Job For the CEO's Yacht fee? Other than that, everything worked fine. I don't like paying extra for "fine." Nobody washed my windows.

The location that parking.com indicated on their map was different than the location in real life.

I spent $25 on overnight parking in a “garage” and address took me to an empty parking lot with no signs. I called for help and they provided me with a new address across the street. QR code didn’t work but my phone number did. When I left the QR code again didn’t work and I had to pay a second $25.

Paid for a parking spot then when I got there wouldn’t scan the code called for help and she told me to take a ticket and scan code on way out. On the way out wouldn’t scan my code and no one answered the help button so had to pay again otherwise couldn’t get out of garage. Do not use this website.

Terrible customer service and directions to lot confusing and gave wrong address per customer support then QR code for prepaid parking did not work so we wound up paying again for parking. Would not recommend.

The printed off parking ticket wouldn't scan and let us in, had to pay a second time on location. DO NOT PREPAY TO PARK!!!

Address was not found or clearly marked, we parked at 520 n milwaukee st for another $22. The police and security guards couldn't figure out which lot we pre-paid. Please refund my $26

The scanner did not work, so we had to get an entry ticket and pay for it when we left. Additionally, the address the website gave us was not the address of the parking garage.

QR code could not be read upon entering the parking ramp. QR code could not be read upon exiting the parking ramp. Had to use help button and have remote attendant open the gate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I prepaid for a week and received a QR code which did not work. I had to take a ticket and pay the daily fee as there was nobody available to assist me. I called the number for assistance and left a message and nobody even bothered to return my call. I then found much cheaper parking elsewhere for the remainder of my stay. I will never use your facilities again.

Qr code for online pay didn't work and required me to get assistance before leaving the lot. Terrible experience.

The parking garage didn't even except this reservation. The name and address were correct but they said they don't except from parking.com. so I paid 25 dollars twice for no reason.

I purchased my parking for the weekend trip to Milwaukee in advanced and every time I tried to scan my code, it never worked. So had to take tickets each time going in and out having to pay double for one vehicle for the same weekend! Not happy!

I prepaid for parking and printed the pass, but the kiosk at the gate wanted a bar code or QR code to scan and neither the print out or the receipt had one, so I had to pay again to exit the ramp. Paid double for parking!
