My card didn't work after several…

My card didn't work after several attempts, therefore, I had to call for assistance and then the Rep was unable to help, and then the Rep sent me a text to pay from a link she sent to my phone that I used the same card from my first attempt to pay my payment that went through finally.

Bad technology, training and customer service

On 9/20 @ 3:36PM I was leaving the Maxwell Street Garage, my credit cards were not working in the machine. I pushed the help button, after 2 attempts and waiting several minutes someone answered, explained the issue and agreed to a good faith payment
The link was submitted to me via text. Now this link included a service fee, which i would have paid if the machine was working. I called the Maxwell garage an hour after leaving, a gentleman answered, I explained the matter, he asked my name, which I provided, I also mentioned the service rep never asked my name. He stated he had my number and would take care of the payment discrepancy, this never happened. and my ticket was validated by Verizon. I paid the amount in full on 10/4, because I continually got no answer at the garage to follow up on the matter.

Garbage

The app nor the website will allow me to update my payment information. Therefore I currently can’t use for parking. Attempted on a number of occasions to contact customer service through email and by phone with no response from either. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

The app does not scan in like it should. 2 days in a row I wasn’t able to use the barcode

Zero customer service

After pulling into my selected lot, the QR would not scan. When I contacted customer service for help I never even received a reply. Don't use companies that dont stand behind their service.

I hate this using them

I hate this using them. I tried to find my reservation and could find it in my email. So I paid twice because I had to pay to get in the garage. My car door got broke trying to get some help

Was hoping I could leave a review after my terrible experience the past few days using this app and WHADAHYAKNOW I get an email requesting I leave a review.

I tried using this app because spothero wasn’t working any longer at my parking garage. First attempt was relatively smooth but there’s some basic and I mean BASIC functionality missing from this app. When searching for my office building address, I had to type the entire address because the app doesn’t auto-populate addresses effectively (no big deal, just being nit-picky at this point because I’m used to spothero’s user experience). Today I try using the app and realized there’s no simple way to save your CC info, address, name, email, etc., unless you’re using a monthly pass of some sort. This is the most fundamental concept when it comes to customer retention. If you want to retain me as a customer, make it easy for me to create a profile with my personal info so I don’t have to fill out a form every morning just so I can park and go to work.

This morning I was in a rush and needed to leave in a hurry (my fault, not the apps.. probably) and I tried to fill out my information, AGAIN. I get to checkout and review my booking and the app simply won’t process my purchase. I exit the app, and of course fill out all of my personal info AGAIN. When attempting to checkout the app couldn’t process my purchase AGAIN. A third attempt and my thumbs were hurting (like they are from typing this review) from filling out my information again and you won’t believe this... IT WORKED. I get to my parking garage and guess what? MY PASS ISN’T WORKING HAHAHAH.

I can list several other disappointing features/functionality (or lack thereof) but it’s safe to say I won’t ever be using this app, or recommending to anyone EVER.

No, I’m not some angry customer who had a single bad experience and decided to blow things out of proportion. I’m just an angry customer who wants an app to provide me with a very simple parking experience.

Wow I can’t believe I just wasted 5 minutes typing this review.

Scanner would not read the QR code

Scanner would not read the QR code off my phone. Backed up and tried the adjacent lane, still wouldn’t read the code. Free money for them I guess and lesson learned for me.
