Paid for reserve spot and garage was closed. Parked next-door at the same garage company and had to pay another fee. Contact info to send an email does not work.

Easy in out with booth attendants to assist if you had any questions. Just steps to @ARTECHOUSE WHOI Ocean Immersion Experience. The only thing I would recommend would be a GIGANTIC 1250 Maryland Ave sign with red letterhead to distinguish the side by side parking lots. Both my party and the two cars ahead of us accidentally drove up to the parking lot on the left and the poor attendant had to ask each of us to back up and go to the lot next door. Otherwise was an easy to get in/out with a cheap cost of $15 . Plus there was ample parking spaces in a clean, well lit garage.

I was locked out of the garage; the company refused to unlock the garage when I called them even though a sign was posted stating that they would.

Great staff but the app is awful. One of the worst.

I wanted to park in the portals garage since I had reserved a day pass the day before and then I ask a worker nearby which garage it was and they ended up pointing me to the wrong one. When I was leaving the garage it wasn’t letting me leave so I called customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything so I had to pay twice.

Easy to hop online and find a parking spot closest to where we were going for the day.

Great spot but was going to be charged extra for coming in 10 mnts early and when leaving they tried to charge me again for the full amount that I already paid.

A little difficult to find initially. The name is not posted outside the garage. Otherwise, the parking was fine.

Great parking for the Wharf area in DC. Slight dings because I had the QR code for pre-paid parking but the machine could only take a physical ticket and I had to scrounge for the original email confirming the purchase for the receipt number. The logistics for pre-paying should be updated and more intuitive. After all, why issue a QR code if there's no way that it could be read?

Very reasonable price even during Cherry blossom, you have book in advance!
Near to all main side seeing.

The staff is very friend and informatic

Garages were fine, but one I made reservation with didn’t have any spots when we arrived. They sent me to a different garage (part of the same company). The attendant at the 2nd garage didn’t want to accept the proof of reservation. He ended up letting us out but this all was a big hassle. I made the original reservation because the garage I wanted had higher clearance. It worked out, but could have been a bigger problem. I’m not sure who’s at fault. Honestly, if making a parking reservation online doesn’t guarantee you a spot in the garage you selected, what’s the point?

They have additionally charges me the parking fee apart from booking parking.com which is twice the amount booked in parking.com .I will not suggest for anyone to book from parking com.He didn't allow my car to come out unless I pay the amount through my debit card.

They denied to except booking and charged me $40 extra. Refund me.

We love to travel and explore but hunting for a parking space in a busy city, not on our things to do list for our trip. We found this parking.com spot within an easy walk of the National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington DC. Good price, felt safe. - The Fun Chasers
