I really appreciated the pay by phone…
I really appreciated the pay by phone option, and where I could come and go (because I was staying at the STRAT). The greeters were very helpful - we had no problem finding parking. We left within the time allotted so it was a good experience. It was one less star mainly for the elevator area which is expected in a public area.. I would park with your company again.

Needs simple explanation…Step 1,2..etc

Super convenient parking
Super convenient parking easy to come in and out of parking garage. I got a text message every time entered and left the parking garage. Also got a message once my stay was over.

I was told locals would not be charged.
I stayed at the Strat with my mother who came from out of town. The attendant told me I would not have to pay since I have my Nevada identification. When I came back out she was not there for me to show my ID and the gate opened so I left and came back. All in all my card was charged 3 times and for one I was not supposed to be charged and second, the stay was for 2 days.

I was told I would pay the $20 fee which would cover until I checked out of the hotel as long as I left before noon of that day I left before noon on my checkout day and when I got back to California I was billed for $40 instead of 20
