At the outset, the system was a bit confusing for a first-timer. But in the end, it worked well - simple, fair, understandable.
I was concerned about my bike on the bikerack, but no harm came to it.

I parked on a lot and used the app to pay 3 times. 2 of the 3 times I received a bill which includes a $50 fine. I had to send my receipt as proof of payment each time. This is a scam. It is obvious the lot is hoping o cant prove payment so I will have to pY mpre. I will never park there again and never use this app again.

I got a ticket in the mail. But I sent a screenshot of my payment to them and they corrected their mistake but it would’ve been nice to have not gone through that hassle.

I was issued a ticket when paid. Issue resolved, just, hmmmm.

Easy to use everyone.

Thank goodness we are doing away with the paper tickets. The internet browser was fast, easy, and straight-forward. Keep it up!

Parking is tight, trash on floor not well maintained. Location is great the hotel I was staying at tried charging 30 something so it was convenient, that's why I have it 3 starts.

This was horrible and frankly you owe me $58 + the $5 your machine ate. Machine had a sign on it that said CASH ONLY so it ate my dollar bills, then refused to keep taking it after $5. These were not wrinkly bills. Instead of waiting it timed out. Had to use the app to pay which also sucked and THEN instead of giving me the time I requested apparently it cut short and I got a parking ticket. Avoid this at all costs.

Convenient, easy access, reasonably priced and easy use.

Easy and convenient parking. Paid online and added time when needed without being by my car. The only think that could be improved is knowing the rate for each hour, because you can pay the same amount for 2 hours or a full day parking, because there is no difference in the fee. However if you add time, it treats it like you are doing it all over again. So you might as well pay for a full day for the same price.

a few days ago I started working on 16th Street and I used this parking lot the price is ok to compare with that others places .

Well it was cold and snowing so you want to get your parking done with it so you can get in the warm car/hotel and tears surprise it doesn't take debit credit coins and then it stopped taking cash so you had to download a code which tag down and your credit card number and all that jazz but besides that the parking was great it was close secure and confident it will be the way you left it except for the snow on top LOL

Easy enough to use the app to pay but was cited 4 hours later anyway and had to submit a dispute. Not quite hassel-free parking but adequate.

You had to pay full price of $8 no matter if you were there for 2,4,8 hours.
You should give the public a choice to pay for only 2,4,6 or8 and over hours.
I felt ripped off since I only needed it for 2 hours.

Easy to reserve ahead of time. Across the street from the Staybridge Downtown Denver, so super convenient to hotel and much less expensive than hotel. Hotel parking was limited, first come first serve, which made this an great option. This is not a covered lot, so you may want to keep that in mind.
