We had nothing wrong happen to the vehicles.

The parking lot was in a great location for our needs and well lit. The website and app was extremely easy, that's coming from a couple of country hicks that are not too tech saavy. We wasted time trying to figure out how pay under the 'Pay here' sign. So, signage could be updated or at least old signs removed just to clarify.

Typical sh*thole parking lot, bums everywhere with all their filth. Tiny parking spots. The machine would not give a receipt after charging $25 for 2 hours of parking.

Parking was easy …to download the app and pay.. was outrageous paying $15.00 for 1 hour of parking.. the app wasn’t clear if that was for 1 hour or 24 hours..

Car was stolen. No video surveillance only photos in & out. Beware

Lot was clean and very frequently patrolled! Felt very safe!

Great experience overall, easy to use definitely would use again.

Horrible. Went for one night and got charged $360 and not a single customer representative will answer the phone for hours. Just keeps automatically hanging up on me

Left my car at the paid parking spot that I received and car ended up being stolen. When I came back no one knew where the car was or had any updates on it. They acted like I just left the car there without paying and that it wasn’t their problem. Didn’t even bother to help me or give me the time of day to give me any information or help figure out what happened.

The convenience was great and the app works really well! I was a hotel guest though at the Staybridge Inn and Suites who stated they contracted with your lot to allow their guests to park at a rate of $15/day. Unfortunately you had raised your rate $5 a night and not informed the hotel. It was sad that you contract with a hotel and don't give their guests a hotel rate. Other than that the parking was great.

Pricey, pricey, pricey

I paid for two days parking thinking i would get two days worth of parking. I didnt know that if you left the lot it negated all days paid. Im from out of town working and staying at a hotel downtown and had to use your parking lot. I called the support number and got disconnected after talking with two people transferring me around. Called the garage number from the app and left a message. Never received a call back. Your app is really bad, your customer service is even worse. After this trip if i return to denver for work again, i will avoid your parking at all costs. It was a horrible experience.

Even though I paid through the site in the parking lot and got a confirmation email that it was paid for 3 hours and we were only there 2, I got an unpaid ticket from them. Worst parking lot system ever.

Hotel clerk assisted with my payment via phone. Not so sure I could do it alone as I am 78 years old.

First time using this company. Had no choice due to location of hotel in Denver CO. Website was not user friendly. Called company to correct a time issue. Person was arguementive and condescending, she eventually refunded my money and cancelled that transaction. Entire experience was no customer friendly
