I spent about 45 minutes trying to figure out how to operate. Most of the payment booths were not working. Sings are not there and most of the spaces are not clear on where to park. The app is no... See more

I like that I could pay for additional days after I had already been there. Just half a block away from my hotel, very convenient
Thought it was kind of ridiculous to pay so much for a spot in some sketchy alleyway. Plus, the lot said that there was a $15 maximum and I'm not sure why my spot ended up costing me $25.
Actually, it was kind of a mess. because i had previously parked there and had an account, the website didn't ask me for my license plate numbers. Then i did it again with the plate numbers and paid t... See more

The parking is questionable.
The parking seems to be secure. However, the cameras only read vehicle license plates and not actual cameras that monitors the protection of vehicles parked.
You have to pay to have your vehicle impounded, but you have access to your vehicle; you can't just leave and come back.
If a person pays for parking in advance, you cannot leave and come back to park is totally ridiculous and really messed up.
This parking situation for in & out privileges should be fair for anyone who pays for parking and should be allowed to come & go anytime they want; within their parking reservation.
It takes 48 hours for customer service to return my call or answer a question. This whole company needs a lot of improvement.

I went to pay for the ticket to park and would not let me change the day that I needed to use it, so I guess I need to buy it the day of needing it and not in advance.
