This would be a five-star rating but............
This would be a five-star rating but the space is small and hard to maneuver. Otherwise, the parking experience is perfect. No waiting at the gates!
Parking spots are too narrow
Parking spots are too narrow, impossible to get in or out of vehicles without hitting a car that is parked next to you
Signage at opening was confusing
Signage at opening was confusing. Patrons are told to reserve spaces on line and given a QR code. People were trying to scan their QR code but it didn’t seem to work. Couldn’t tell if the gates were opening because you cant see the gates from the garage door opening. We just moved ahead and the gates opened for us because our license plates were read.

Very expensive to park for 2 hours and the parking garage is very small in parking very tight turns
Too many steps for one-time use.
Too expensive for the time I was parked
Amazinggg
My experience with truist was amazing and I would recommend them. When I went the service was fast and efficient. He told me what to do and the process was easy. When I picked up the car he had it ready to go with the keys and all I had to do was drive out. Which was great and I didn’t have to go find my car.
Horrible Experience
Got stuck, your app was not accepting Google Pay. Buzzed for help was useless. You need a person in the booth. Horrible experience.

Only customers with smart phones can use the Garage, really?! Went in looking for the a botton for the ticket to come out to enter the Garage then I was surprised to scan QR which the camera didn't accept, had to dial a # to send text msg then the debit card didn't work, it was a night mare, bad move & $25 for 2 hours???!!!

Only problem I had was they didn’t have a cash machine so I was almost stranded because no one was on site . So I had to figure out a way to pay to leave the site . Thank God I remembered I had a credit card to use . I only had cash this day until I found an old credit card I never use .!
Parking in Baltimore Truist Place Garage
The garage was clean and well lit. The parking spaces are tight. Also, the digital parking takes some getting used to and I don't like it.
Easy access to the parking garage
Easy access to the parking garage. Online registration was convenient and made it easy to use the facility--ease with entering, finding parking and leaving
Brand New Parking Experience
Although brand new to my parking experience, it turned out not as bad as I had anticipated. I didn't have to do anything going out. Departure payment was registered when I left the garage. Fortunately, there was someone on the front end to help us get started. Always have a LIVE BODY on the front end.
Never again
As I was leaving, the person managing the space had people driving up the exit ramp which caused me to have to back up my car on the incline. I ended up causing damage to my car. It was a horrible experience and I hope to never park there again.
Garage is very tight
Garage is very tight, not a good option for some drivers. The app to get in is time consuming unless you do it ahead of time, again not a good option for some customers. You're at the mercy of the security guard letting you in the building to get back to your car. When we went there was no one at the desk so we just had to wait until someone returned. If this garage was not partnered with a business we frequent I would never use this garage again.
NO SMART PHONE NOW WHAT?
I had an Android smartphone. If the patron does not have a Smart Phone or no cellphone, then what?
