The gate did not open after I scanned the parking pass. This happens every time I purchase parking for this lot.
Someone needs to test these scanners and fix them
The scanners at entry and exit would not scan the QR code (we tried everything - brighter screen, larger code). Scanner screens are very scratched, likely causing the issue. We ultimately got in (and out) by using the help button to contact someone, but they weren't very helpful either, telling us to take a ticket...there was no ticket machine at this lot. Frustrating...should have been much easier. Lot itself was fine
