The 'old' system of using the box located at the lot where you entered your plate number and inserted your credit card was easy, fast and secure.
Now you have to add an app to your phone, establish an account, add credit card info (to an unsecure site?) which now is going on 15 + minutes.
What if I don't have a phone?? Some don't ???
I do have a phone but did not appreciate all of the above unnecessary nonsense.

The amount you charge is insane, you should be ashamed.

The app was easy, we got a reminder when the time was nearly up

i entered the parking lot wgere there was no sign and had parked and then saw instructions that were difficult to follow since i was already parked. other than that paying with credit card was simple

Prefer to pay with attendant.
Editing my review because I realized 1 star was a bit harsh. Overall the parking is conveniently located near the hospital. Would prefer a second exit since I had to wait about 10 minutes for the pepsi guy to finish a delivery. I still prefer to pay with an attendant than on a phone. Price was a little steep.

I paid for my parking (I paid for 4 hours knowing it would be 2 or less but just in case) and then when I was finished seeing my patient, I arrived at my car, I had a $60 ticket! This is not cool!

The gentleman was most helpful and courteous.

Difficult to figure out...and no help is available. Fortunately, an experienced user helped me out.

Easy in, easy out, but a high price.

Quick easy entry and exit. East to pay by QR code. Clean lot. No problems finding a spot fast.

I received a ticket in this parking lot after trying several times to pay using the QR code. No human contact person to reach out to.

I made a parking mistake and parking .com fixed it.

I would have preferred a in person staff member on site at the lot to guide me through the experience of the on- line purchase. Instead, a total stranger in the lot approached me for help. We worked out the on/line reservation together for each of us. On line directions we’re clear. Hooray. From past experiences, I knew that there could be a long wait time at the doctor’s practice to receive the needed care so I booked 3 hours. The fees were higher than I thought they would be. No going out to lunch after the appointment as parking fees took me over budget. I appreciated the notice about my time being almost expired
