No QR code to be scanned for entrance

There was no QR code to be scanned in the email to be used at the garage entrance The parking attendant who was the manager at first refused to let me enter the garage stating that "parking.com was a scam" After he took a photo of my email with confirmation and proof of purchase he said it was ok to park in the garage. This was stressful and inconvenient as I had planned in advance for a concert at Golden 1 Center.
