Miserable experience with the technology.
As someone who doesn't mind paying for parking, I found this to be a very frustrating experience. I scanned the QR code -- no problem. After a lot of typing, I got my personal and credit card in, only to have it rejected. Does your company have a bad rep with credit card companies such that they consider you to be a bad risk? Tried another card, but your system lost track of my other info name, email, etc. and I had to start over. After more than five minutes. I finally gave up and went to my destination, but tried one more time sitting in the restaurant and it finally went through. Thank God the weather was nice. You need a simple, reliable system that can be completed from inside your car, that works first time and in under 2 minutes. With common occurance of hacking of customer info, there is no way I'm storing my personal and credit card info on your system. Hated the entire experience.

The app is very clunky
The app is very clunky, takes WAAAAAAY too long to enter information, crashes, too many steps, gotta walk across the lot to scan the barcode. Please fix this, it's very very frustrating with clients on a business lunch standing around the parking lot for 15 minutes. Thank you.

Nearly $16 for 2.5 hours is outrageous. The parking lot is also laid out terribly. It’s scary getting in and out, and the spaces are tiny.
