Very simple!
You don't need to go out the car to pay at a machine, scan anything, press on any button... You use the app, pay with it, go in and go out. It is easy, reliable and fast. I'm good with it!

I was never parked in this parking lot
I was never parked in this parking lot. I contacted by phone twice and the lady hang up on me because I told her that the plate of the car parked was similar to mine and she just told me that if it was an error, I should disregard. Well I was charged 33 dollars at the end.

A lot of people are not techy…
A lot of people are not techy especially elderly and these people don't know how to scan qrcode to get in the garage, I park in the same garage 5 days a week and 2 to 3 times I have to wait 10 min because of this.Saturday is the worst there's always a long line to get in

So convenient for my event!!
So convenient for my event!!! I’m familiar with the area. Parking here was easy and quick for me and my little niece to arrive on time and didn’t have to walk blocks to our destination. Glad it was offered when I bought my tickets to our event that made it so much easier

Parking lot under construction- a lot…
Parking lot under construction- a lot of spots unusable. You do not get a ticket at pull in- making the line to get in longer- unclear directions at pull in - making the line even longer.
