The machine would not work
The machine would not work. I tried 2 cards. Not having a worker on site made it challenging. I requested help and got a code to pay over my phone. I had a line of upset people behind me. I then was driving. I got a warning text that if I did not pay soon I would be charged more money! I had not driven more than 20 min and had 20 go. I pulled over so I didn't get fined more. I then was charged a service fee when it was your machine that did not work. My card is absolutely fine. The next day the machine did work but did not print a receipt which causes a lot of headache for me when reconciling expenses at work. I will avoid parking there now if at all possible.
