I was surprised to learn that the first 2 hours of parking was $2 and to extend for another hour was $20. I started out on the website and switched to the app, but there was no continuity between the two, therefore my history did not follow. There was no way to see how much I paid without checking the emails that were sent after the transactions were made - nothing in the history section on the app.

I parked and paid, yet I had a parking citation on my windshield when I returned to the car, even though I left before the time expired. I went online to citations.apples.com to dispute the citation, but haven’t heard back, even though I submitted the claim days ago. This is a stupid service. Way to go guys!

Easy to use, great parking!

$20 for 2 hours of parking. It wasn't a special event venue - just regular restaurants (Buffalo Wild Wings, the Yard, Korean barbeque) it's a mall parking area. Ridiculous.

The sign right next to where I parked stated 10$ for a full day of parking yet I was charged over 20$ for less then two hours.

Had to pay event fee even though we only went to the movies for 2 hrs. Parking is usually free at Westgate but for that day they were charging . Ridiculous price for someone who wasn’t even there for the event..!!!!!!

I think it was a great idea. It was very convenient. Didn't have to walk very far plus it was inexpensive..

$15 for 45 min of parking was outrageous!

Too expensive , that price for the time and you could not add on or you had to pay again

2 hours in a place where no other parking is available, FIFTEEN BUCKS!! For that much money someone should be parking my car for me! What a way to squeeze every dime that you can out of people just TRYING to go out have a good time during this horrible time in history.

I sent them an email to cancel the parking since Sunday and received a reply saying someone would contact me shortly. It is now Tuesday and haven't heard from them. They did take the money out of my account immediately, however. This is horrible customer service. Your app/web page needs to offer a way to cancel parking since sometimes things change. For example the restaurant we were going to was closed due to remodeling but neither Google or their web page said anything, came to find out when we saw the sign posted on the door.

I still ended up with a ticket. The parking cadets don’t have the access or authority to look into your system and see if we’ve already paid. I got a ticket 28 minutes after I paid lol. Just crazy.

The Westgate Website states that "Your paid parking receipt can be redeemed for up to $15 off your total bill on the day of the event at any of our participating restaurants". I was not attending an event, only stopping in for a quick lunch and the restaurant (who is typically a participating restaurant) would not redeem money off of the bill because it was a purchase made online thru an app/qr code. There was no signage stating this policy and doubled the cost of my meal. Will avoid Westgate for future dining.

Parking at the Westgate made easier and actually cheaper than it was to park farther away for an event

It's convenient plus it works out for the ppl who are there for a Lil moment then can leave right away with out the customers traffic I enjoyed parking in one of ur guess spots thanks
