I'm in an endless loop. I left a parking lot on Friday morning, and parking.com has launched 2 new parking sessions since then with one of them costing me $40 that I shouldn't owe. Their customer support only works during the week so no response.

I think it is stupid to have to pay to park plus pay for the hotel. Also they charged my card 2 times and still working on getting my money back for the 2nd charge. My wife also had to do the same thing and someone scratched her car in the parking lot. I will never be back.

I had a rental car and for some reason I got an email stating that I had parked the same vehicle at the hotel I had been staying at. The problem is, I was on a plane heading home. The agent I was talking to was completely incompetent. I ended up putting a hold on my credit card because I didn’t trust that they would correct the problem.

You need to stop sending me surveys about Parking!

Outrageous cost ! Overcharged !

Pay to park is a sham. I had to pay $80 for 4 days on top of the hotel stay. The lot was not secured parking so there is no benefit at all for guests.
They made it really easy to set up a way to pay the fee but that is all the positive I have to say.
As often as I stay at Marriot properties this should not be a charge guests have to pay.

I just stayed one night at the hotel - and parked one night/1 day - but you charged me 2 days. I am not sure why and why you did not refund the other day

What made my experience great was the security of my car being protected.

Great lighting and shutter services was great.

This parking lot is out in the middle of nowhere. There should not be a charge for parking. And it is exorbitantly expensive. I'm sure it's a great revenue generator for the hotel.

I was double-charged for one day of parking. I sent two messages to the company pointing out this error (with supporting documentation). They didn't respond to either message and did not cancel the erroneous charge to my card.

There should not be a charge to park in this unsecured lot...not even a secure garage! DFW Marriott is a better option with no charge to park.

Understood there will be parking fees however the method to register and system tracking is not clear. I followed prompts (scan QR code, enter license plate, etc) yet found a note on the car 2 days later, stating that parking fees had to be paid. I asked 2 hotel employees, showed them the registration in the app and the note found on the car. They said was likely a mistake but I worried about towing the vehicle.

I stay at this hotel weekly and I'm always in a rental car. It is very inconvenient to have to re-enter all my data each and every time I visit. Parking would be streamlined if it was a simple addition to the hotel bill and not an extra step and separate process.
