Mostly fine, hard to use in a rush
The app's usage is overall mostly fine. As a first-time user, I was highly confused about how to pay for a parking lot that I'd parked in and walked-away-from-quickly-because-I-had-a-train-to-catch.
I could not figure out how to do this without going online, looking up the parking code for the lot that I parked in, and then putting that into the app. It would be so much more intuitive to me if parking lots, when searched in the app, had a "pay now" button that could be used.

Minimal directions at Ward Rd parking…
Minimal directions at Ward Rd parking lot on G Line. We didn’t want a ticket or to have car towed, so filled out all info and we were charged .35. It was not clear to us what was going on and there was no one to ask. The train came so we had to leave, and hoped we weren’t in trouble. We later found out it was a service charge for entering our information and that we didn’t owe money because we were only gone 5 hours and we lived in the RTD Zone. Please provide adequate directions in the parking lot and at the pay machine. Other people were confused, too.

The kiosk didn't work
The kiosk didn't work. There was no one to ask. We tried a bunch of times. Finally we used the QR code and was able to pay for parking.
