The space i pre paid for was not accessible due to area being blocked off by the city for an event
Had to go to find and pay for parking at a different lot away from our rented VRBO ,
Frustrating

Way overpriced compared to similar lots, will park elsewhere in the future. Also car parked next to us was not in parking space and made it impossible for us to leave, car should have been towed.

It worked good for the most part. The only thing is, for some reason, my phone would not scan the large Q code on the sign, and I saw someone else having trouble with it as well. Other than that, I had no issues.

I received a ticket for not paying for my parking. Parked 6-8pm and used app to pay. Received ticket at 7pm for $70. Clearly an issue between app and field operators.

Yesterday I entered my CORRECT information 4 times and got an error message every time. I had allowed enough time to make my 2:00 PM appointment, but because I had to change parking lots (I didn’t want a ticket or to be towed) I was late. I moved to outer walls (thinking maybe connection problem) moved to another spot with a different QR code. None of it worked.

Used your parking lot for Taylor swifts eras tour. I paid $40 for this specialty event parking.The concert was delayed due to storms and when i returned to my car i had a $70 ticket on my car because it was was 49 minutes past the small print 4 hour parking time. I disputed the charges and they were reduced to a $20 fine, but no other response was returned and when i emailed the manager. My friends car two floors down did not receive a fine even though we left at the same. I will be avoiding your lots from now on.

Far overpriced. $40 for 90 minutes of parking. A bit ridiculous

The price to park for 3 hours and the location from the attractions. We felt it was overpriced for the location considering we found out afterwards a parking lot just next to it was half the cost and easier to get in and out of the parking stalls.

Smelled like urine and cost WAY too much.

The availability and great location were wonderful surprises. The ease of payment and time choice were added blessings. Also, the automatic reminder about our remaining time was very helpful. We look forward to using this parking experience again. May God bless you all!

This was my first time using one of your parking garages, and after paying $45 for 9 hours of parking, I came back to my car to find a ticket for being "Improperly Parked"??? No additional information, but your company wants to charge me an additional $90 dollars, $50 of which is an admin fee! I am definitely disputing this ticket, and I will never use one of your garages again.

**Edit--after providing evidence that I did in fact pay for my parking spot, the company has voided my violation.

That is the most expensive I ever pay the parking ticket for two hours. Really?

Lower prices in town was4blocks out paid way to much

Very expensive and have very very less space to turn

Too costly and doesn’t say how to exit the garage

The app allowed for easy service to set up parking.

Very easy to use. Sign up pay then drive out. Emailed receipt.
