HORRIBLE service
12p5 est une startup où il est IMPOSSIBLE de joindre un humain dans un délai raisonnable. J'ai fait une demande d'abonnement qu'il leur a fallu quatre jours pour valider. J'ai dû trouver une alternative. L'abonnement finit par être validé, et leur site vous rend l'annulation dans les 3 jours d'essai gratuits impossible. C'est une promesse commerciale trompeuse. Personne ne répond aux emails et le bot est inutile. Contactez-moi si vous voulez que je retire cet avis contre annulation de mon abonnement comme demandé.
