Martin gave quick and helpful advice. With a new Dethleffs motorhome I found myself locked into an expensive and inflexible German reversing camera set up. Wishing to move from a single camera to twin camera set up I either had to buy a replacement camera from Germany fpr many hundres of pounds or ripping out the whole system and starting again. Martin supplied adapter cables, switching box and twin cameras for a fraction of the price. He loaned parts to ensure it worked. I could not fault the service.

What a great company to deal with. Our motorhome reversing camera broke the day before we were setting off for France . They express mailed the camera and adapter overnight and we fitted it before we left home . It’s rare these days to get such excellent service . Thankyou so much

I was recommended to try this company after posting on an owners club facebook group about an issue I had with my existing reversing camera system. I emailed them explaining my problem, and within a couple of hours I received a comprehensive, personal reply from Martin, advising me what to do next. I followed his advice, and then sent him photos of the connectors I had discovered behind my dashboard, and he quickly confirmed what I would need to connect a new monitor to replace my old, failed monitor. I ordered the new monitor and connectors from him, and was able to quickly fit and get it working properly. This is what customer service should be like. In contrast, the company (Parksafe) who made the original monitor which had failed were unable or unwilling to offer me any help when I contacted their "technical" department

Bought a reversing camera kit from here a few months ago. Lovely quality kit with flexible wiring making it easy to install. Martin was very quick to respond to my queries. One of the wires was later damaged by our Ford dealer while the van was being serviced and Martin very kindly provided a replacement part in less than a day. Brilliant service.

Had a malfunction with an old motorhome reversing camera. Martin advised what I needed to buy to make the connections with adaptors. He even provided great advice and after sales service enabling me to do the job.

I bought a wireless reversing camera kit from them - which malfunctioned after a couple of days.

I was very pleased and impressed with their response. They sent out a new monitor which arrived next day and included a SAE to return the old one.

New monitor works perfectly.

I know this is the service we should expect from all companies - but we rarely actually see it.
