Affordable for long stays (2 months). Easy process reserving. very adequate and fare cancellation policy. Search for discount codes on the internet. It gets even more affordable.

Unreliable
I arrived at the airport at 6:00 this morning. I started calling them 15 minutes earlier, and after 8 unanswered calls, they finally picked up and arrived at the airport at 6:20.
This evening, I returned to the airport to pick up the car. I called at 18:03 to inform them I had arrived, and they told me they would be there in 10 minutes.
At 18:15, I called again to check where they were, and they said they were just leaving the parking area.
At 18:30, not seeing them arrive, I called once more and was told there was no point in calling every 2 minutes, and that they were doing me a favor since my return was scheduled for 19:30 (which is not true, as the booking clearly stated 18:30), causing an unnecessary argument.
Unreliable.

We would also like to clarify that what we are asking you to review here is our booking service, if you have been using it, and not the facility where you parked.
At ParkingMyCar, we are not the car park you booked, but a platform for booking parking spaces near airports/cities/ports/stations throughout Italy.
What we would like is feedback from our customers on our portal and on how they found the booking process.
Upon returning from your parking session, you will be asked to review the facility.

The garage was inaccessible due to traffic blocks and traffic limited zones. I was unable to park in the lot, attempted to discuss with the lot itself to request a refund (they did however acknowledge the inaccessibility); however, they refused and said I needed to discuss with park my car.

They advised us that on the afternoon of the day your booking began, you went to our partner car park and requested a refund because you were unable to reach the facility.
The car park made it clear that, despite a road closure, it was still accessible and operational. Unfortunately, as they did not receive any telephone communication from you or any other type of notification, they were unable to provide you with information on the route to take and, having reserved the parking spot as per your booking, they do not consider your request for a refund to be justified.
We would like to point out that we provide the contact details of the facilities so that customers can contact them in case of any eventuality.
We are sorry that, despite the explanations provided, you have decided to leave this feedback.
We hope that we have adequately informed you and remain at your disposal.
