I left my car in Parking Sur for 10 days (22 Aug to 1 Sept) and when I returned I found 3 deep scratches on the door on the passenger side. I brought it to the attention of the staff at the time and they took photos and videos and told me to send an email with all the information and photos and an estimate to repair the damage the following morning. I have been sending emails and calling the number I was given since the 1st of September. 24 days later and they are not replying to any of my emails or responding to my phonecalls ! Do not use this parking !
Dejé mi coche en el Parking Sur durante 10 días (del 22 de agosto al 1 de septiembre) y cuando regresé encontré 3 rayones profundos en la puerta del lado del pasajero. Lo mencioné al personal en ese momento y tomaron fotos y videos y me dijeron que enviara un correo electrónico con toda la información y fotos y un presupuesto para reparar el daño a la mañana siguiente. He estado enviando correos electrónicos y llamando al número que me dieron desde el 1 de septiembre y no responden a mis correos electrónicos ni contestan mis llamadas telefónicas! ¡No utilicen este parking!

I left my car in Semana Blanca paying for the covered parking. When I picked it up I found it dirty, with the engine full of mud all the way up as it sounds, incredible, and with symptoms of even being towed, the cover of the trailer never used had been forced and did not fit. The manager after requesting the official claims form gave me a copy to me and other affected that after consulting later with the police is not valid nor did they sign it on their part pimping that it did not go anywhere. The explanation of the manager's car submerged in mud is that they had to move many cars to an external plain full of mud and mud due to the rain that fell and not have a place in the contracted covered parking lot. In no case did they warn the client of anything, they just limited themselves a while before to giving him a quick exterior wash and hiding the damage. I am starting the legal procedures to take charge by complaint to the cleaning of the engine at the official dealer because their offers in this regard were not convincing at all. Dejé mi coche en Semana Blanca pagando el aparcamiento cubierto. Al recogerlo me lo encontré sucio, con el motor lleno de barro hasta arriba así como suena, increíble, y con síntomas de haber incluso ser remolcado, la tapita del remolque nunca utilizada había sido forzada y no encajaba. El gerente tras solicitarle la hoja de reclamaciones oficial me dio una copia a mi y a otros afectados que tras consultar posteriormente con la policía no es válida ni la firmaron por su parte chuleando que eso no llegaba a ningún lado. La explicación del coche sumergido en barro del gerente es que tuvieron que trasladar a muchos coches a un llano externo lleno de barro y fango por la lluvia caída y no tener sitio en el parking cubierto contratado. En ningún caso avisaron al cliente de nada solo se limitaron un rato antes a darle un lavado exterior rápido y ocultar los daños. Estoy iniciando los trámites legales para que se haga cargo por denuncia a la limpieza del motor en el concesionario oficial porque sus ofrecimientos al respecto no convencían en absoluto. Para darle con la karcher ya se lo doy yo en casa.
