Impossible to pay, feels like they do this on purpose. When I finally found out how to pay I apperantly payd for a membership on a dating site, this is a huge scam and recommend everyone to avoid this.
Mind blowing that the official Santa Monica pier site recommends them. When you get the app, you can’t add a credit card. It tells you processing then does nothing. If you try from their main website it says “try to add a card after 24 hours”. Then their business app has adds for games to download which is so sketchy.
Chat support doesn’t work, and their customer service phone number is disconnected.
There is misleading and dangerous advertising allowed on this site. A button appears that says “ Next” that looks deceptively like it’s part of the booking process. It takes you to another page asking you to set up an account, which you assume is for ParkMe. It’s not. It was a scam subscription website. Luckily my bank recognized it and shut it down. Waiting for my new card now.
Terrible app - seems just to be a personal data collection rather than an actual service. Don’t trust it!
