⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Simply the Best- Park Hotel, Montrose

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having stayed at The Park Hotel Montrose in November 2025 for the first time in quite a while, and again on the 4th & 5th of April this year, I felt compelled to leave a review — and a heartfelt one at that.

From my very first enquiry, where I explained my health and mobility needs, the team couldn’t have been more understanding or accommodating. From front of house through to the bar staff, everything was handled with genuine care and ease.

Arrangements such as safe indoor charging for my off-road mobility scooter and adjoining ground floor rooms were all taken care of without fuss — something that truly made a difference to my stay.

The room service was impeccable throughout, and the attention in the bar and lounge area was second to none. Even when busy, the staff were attentive, warm, and always one step ahead — nothing was ever too much trouble.

The food was outstanding, and the overall experience genuinely felt like a 5-star VIP stay.

Montrose holds a very special place in my heart. I regularly visit while promoting my family’s 127-year-old book, Bonnie Montrose – Poems and Songs by W.F. McHardy, and raising funds for the British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research UK, and Diabetes UK through every sale.

The town has always been incredibly welcoming, and The Park Hotel is a perfect reflection of that spirit.

Thank you to the entire team — your care, kindness, and attention to detail truly set you apart.

Simply put… one of the best.

I look forward to returning again soon. 💙
