Can you pay me back 65euro double payed twice thanks

Extremely angry. I arrived at the parking with a valid reservation only to be told that the parking was full and closed and forty, they could not help. I now have to park at the airport if I want to be catching my plane . This means laying 101 EUR instead of 21EUR. I want you to reimburse me 101EuR. This is outrageous

They say that you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the reservation starts but actually they are opened only from 9am to 5pm to receive your cancelation. So if your reservation starts at 8am for example you have to cancel it before 5pm 2 days before so 39 hours before ! Soon they will open 1 hour twice a week to make sure you can't cancel ... Is it very difficult to make a webpage to allow the customer to cancel online ?
I am always amazed by what company are able to invent to screw customers ...

Strange service.
I paid on the website. I went to the upper floor of the parking lot following the signs.
When I had to leave, I had to pay at the parking meter. The phone number was not answered. No one serves you. Simple hourly parking. Complete mess. I paid twice on the website and at the parking meter
I want a refund for the payment on the website.
I do not recommend it to anyone.

If you want stress-free travel, forget this company! (Sky Blue Parking - Frankfurt ) Even handing over the car was very problematic. They can only pick up the phone after four to five calls. We arrived a little earlier and were told that it is not possible to drop off the car earlier. After waiting, we called again at the agreed time, and after a long wait, we had to ask them to take over the car at least three times. Finally, after waiting for 40-50 minutes, the receiver arrived, so we almost missed the plane. As others have also experienced, the delivery was carried out by an unknown-looking person without any documentation, inspection or verification.

Getting the car back was even more difficult, our plane was delayed, and then they asked us why we didn't tell them that our plane was delayed. In the end, after waiting for an hour and a half, we got the car back, which was parked 10 minutes away by the airport. Of course, we were also asked for the nightly pick-up fee, but we did not receive any information about it in the e-mail beforehand.

They are not helpful at all, on the contrary, and everything is your "fault"... I do not recommend it to anyone! Never again sky blue....

luckily our car didn't have extra mileage, but they certainly use the other parked cars as their own shuttle

I had a horrible experience using the service of Vliegenenparken and specially with their parking service provider ValetSchipol. When I gave the valet driver my car keys, I asked for a confirmation that they have received the keys, the valet didn’t speak English so he called his office and guy from the office started shouting and kept on saying that they are not thieves and I can take back the car and they don’t care for my car! It’s not easy for someone using an airport parking service to take the car back when they have flight to catch in 2 hours!

The driver left with the car and the same person called once again and screamed out the same stuff that he was saying earlier, he wasn’t ready to listen to what I had to say even. It was such a horrible experience that I can’t even express fully. I had another booking with the company next week which I cancelled immediately. But want to warn everyone planning to use such service, please Don’t! Take a taxi/train or whatever but don’t take your car and leave it with these type of unprofessional people!

Je auto wordt gewoon in een woonwijk geparkeerd!!!! Dit kon ik remote zien via de app van de auto. Loze beloftes op de website. Tip aan mijn kant : Doe het niet! En als je dit meldt aan "Vliegen en Parkeren wat een onderdeel van ROOSH is, leggen ze de verantwoordelijkheid bij de parkeerservice op de airport en daarmee is de kous af. Slechte service als je niet doet wat je belooft en overeengekomen is.

Your car is simply parked in a residential area!!! I could see this remotely through the car's app. Empty promises on the website. My tip for you: Don't use this service! And when you report this to "Vliegen en Parkeren, which is a part of ROOSH," they shift the responsibility to the airport parking service, washing their hands of the matter. It's poor service when you fail to deliver on your promises and agreements.

Broken mirror and scratched bonnet at Skyport Paisley. Management absolutely refuse to take any responsibility. Think twice ... this may be efficient but IS NOT safe and secure.

Probably the smoothest bit of a disaster week away. Good price and service. Will be using again.
