Park On advertises completely false shuttle service times to get you to book, so they already have your money for airport parking before you find out the shuttle they advertised as arriving every 10-15 minutes actually comes once an hour and by the time it shows up it’ll already be full because it is shared between 5-6 hotels and parking vendors, while ParkOn’s website makes it appear to be dedicated service.
I had a very poor experience with Best Rate Parking Orlando. Their website instructs you to print your confirmation and present it at pickup to avoid extra charges, and I did exactly that. Despite showing my printed reservation, including the clearly stated amount due, the attendant charged us extra. She also attempted to charge $6/day, claiming our car was an SUV, even though it is only a midsize Hyundai Santa Fe.
The shuttle service to the airport is advertised as complimentary, yet we were charged $14.25 . Customer service was unprofessional—we waited over 10 minutes at the check-in counter with no staff present and had to go look for someone to assist us. The attendant ignored us initially, helped other customers first, and was generally rude and dismissive.
This experience was completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company and advise caution if you plan to use their services.
