No response - not even an acknowledgement
I tried to book parking near Bournemouth airport. The first space showed it was available, but I didn't get a response within 48 hours. I really wanted this space so I checked, again it was showing it was available, and my request timed out with no response.
I then tried a different space- available for my dates but no response. I then emailed Park on My Drive to ask them what was happening, and ..... no response from them either! Very disappointing.

Mobile user interface could do with improvement as it is hard to navigate. I understand the site has no control on response to requests but I tried 3 people and all timed out after 48 hours. It would be good if a ‘last seen’ or ‘average response time’ was available to view to see how active drive owners are to avoid wasting time.

not impressed so far
Website is difficult to use and hard to read on a mobile. Instructions are unclear and when I have needed help the customer service either don’t reply or reply too late to be able to secure a booking before it has timed out. Two bookings have been missed altogether as I never had notification at all

The website isn't very user friendly and lots of things could be simplified. I contacted one member and requested to use their space and didn't have a reply. Seemed a bit of a long winded process for no response.

Perfect for Surrey University
We used this parking space to go to Surrey University open day. It could not have been closer. The host went above and beyond and provided helpful directions and a map. Removed the stress of parking in a town that we have not visited before.
