Never again. I had to pay the parking again when I arrived because they said I'm to late for booking. I made it again the booking I paid again the parking there to the reception they asked all the details and when I come back they said I came too early. P.s the toilet doesn't work.

When i arrived at the car park.barrier was meant to lift automatically due to anpr this didn't work.it issued a ticket.and when leaving had to call from assistance. Otherwise would have given higher review

The company was Airparq. Upon arrival at Heathrow Airport at 16:20, I immediately contacted the service provider as I had no luggage to retrieve. They were initially unable to locate my vehicle and disconnected the call twice. At 17:00, I received confirmation that the driver was en route and would arrive within 20 minutes. After waiting until 17:50, I contacted them again; they attributed the delay to traffic congestion. However, upon arrival, the vehicle's engine was cold, indicating minimal travel (approximately 1.5 miles each way from the drop-off location).

This company [I use the term loosely] should be closed down and the Police should investigate the outrageous fleecing of customers! Can I just say that Parkos needs to approve all providers on their lists. This car yard is situated miles away from the airport, through country lanes, potholed roads, hidden twists and turns and no signs! The confirmation email gives you a postcode 'if using satnav' but be warned, car satnav systems don't recognise it. When we called them to say we were completely lost, we were told the postcode is only recognised by google and apple maps. Needless to say if you arrive in the dark this place is impossible to find. Eventually some some rude dude in a baseball cap came out to find us and we followed him! So we got lost and we arrived late and we were charged for our misfortune, with an extra charge for using a card and not cash. To add insult to injury you then get charged for the van to take you to the airport [how in God's name are you supposed to get there if you don't pay up and what exactly are you paying for when you book online?] The baseball cap guy was rude, showed no empathy and told me to 'chill and pipe down' as I was getting anxious about missing the flight. The whole experience was distressing and unpleasant and I recommend anyone to avoid this outfit. They are cowboys!

All went to plan, and a prompt service to/from the airport terminal. Good pricing.
Only observations would be, we missed the turning for the car park on arrival (our fault we drove past) as didn't notice sign. And wait until you exit airport building before phoning on return, as signal inside terminal was poor. Many Thanks for good service

Excellent ,helpful convenient cost effective

This is the 4th time we have used Imagine parking at Liverpool airport. The price is very competitive. It's a smooth operation,that worked well again both on departure & return to pick up the car.

Not sure how they got so many 5 stars reviews?? We used the LHR meet and greet. The outfit feels very unprofessional. Driver has no identification or vest which made us feel unease dropping the car off with him. No pictures were taken.

On return the car was very dirty so unsure where they park the car. There's also a small scratch on the car hidden by the dust, which we are trying to argue for.

Great communication at all times, regular phone contact on drop off and picking up. Making first time using this company very very easy.

Everything was fine until our return. After about 20 hours travel to Terminal 4 we were not very pleased to find that Parkos had not updated the collection/return team about our time of arrival (which we had changed way back in November - so they had more than enough time). This meant we were left for 45 minutes standing around in a cold car park.

I am looking to give this company a 0 star they're not worth 1 star ..this is Scamer company.. they bring my car back after 2 hours of my arrival..when I reach heathrow I called so many time always say 10 min and traffic this and that all the excuses then start ignoring my call ..when I come home I seen 2 ulez zone tickets worth £90 i have to pay.. I give them car then they drive in ulez zone ..so angry 😠 😡 👿 don't go for this kind of cheap Scamer

Excellent service

Do not use Parkos or Green Oaks Park and ride. Huge amount of trouble,2 hours waiting time to bring the car and also received 2 ULEZ penalty charge as they driven the car unauthorised in ulez zone

Parkos did nothing to help pay abit extra use an honest compant

Professional service from start to finish . Even had an email while I was away stating that my car was being looked after which was reassuring. The chap in the office was very helpful. Will definitely use this company again .

Excellent experience with them. I had cancelled my flight then I called them to pick me up from airport less than 20 minutes they picked me up so I paid for 10 days but I didn’t use the parking I got my refund with 72 hours.
