Really great communication from point of order. Order received promptly and the candles smell amazing.

Prompt delivery. Love the smell of the candle even when it is not lit. Always buy Parks candles as I like to support the UK and I know they burn really well.

Delivery was faster than expected, product came without flakes. They gave a discount so I could try out more scents. Product is perfect and I have loved every scent so far. It is not my first experience w/scented candles and Parks are always best. They last and last and last and their scents are always inspired.

Lovely range of different scents. It was great to be able to purchase several products to try out at an introductory offer price as I was not familiar with brand.

As a lover of park’s candles it pains me to say that the last delivery was so disappointing. There wasn’t any of the usual beautiful fragrance of which I had been accustomed to and there was a bit of black smoke.
I’ve also had various discount codes but all the candles have been sold and not because of the offers but because they haven’t been replenished. I’ve never complained before, I’ve always been delighted with my orders so I hope you understand why I feel so let down.

I like the candles, but the order I placed on 15/02/26 hasn’t arrived yet and today is 05/03/26. I hope it arrives quite soon.

Diffusers are really good scented and

Sadly I’m finding more and more that there is little or no smell at all from nearly every candle I’ve bought over some months. One or two have been ok but mainly so disappointing. I’ve also found that the diffusers only smell in tiny rooms and after a while the smell goes despite having changed the reeds around regularly and liquid left. I can’t fault customer services. They refunded a large amount but I’m sad to say I won’t be buying any more probably as there just is no smell from too many. Maybe it’s old stock as I bought lots in sales but pretty much wasted most I’ve spent.

Great scent and packaging.

I started ordering from Parks because their candles smell wonderful and last ages. I dip into ordering more than I should really when they have such great sales on. I will always be a loyal customer as their customer service is excellent. What's more to say?
