Great experience buying my car from…

Great experience buying my car from these guys. They prepared the vehicle to a very high standard and delivered it directly to my door due to the distance involved. Luke was very knowledgeable and accommodating with things that I expected to be done to the vehicle ahead of agreeing to purchase it and I really can’t fault the service I received. I would highly recommend anybody looking to purchase a quality used vehicle to feel very comfortable and confident to using this family run local business. Many thanks again Luke 😊

100% would recommend Parkwood cars

100% would recommend Parkwood cars.

Alex has been brilliant, he sourced me a car to my specific wants and requirements at a great price. He kept me updated on when the car was ready, and when I needed a vehicle before it was ready he sorted me out with something temporarily.

Unfortunately, there have been some slight hiccups with the car I bought, which is to be expected when buying a second hand vehicle, and is in no way a reflection on Parkwood cars. But Alex dealt with it swiftly and professionally with no question, and had the issues professionally sorted in no time at all.

Would definitely go back to him to purchase another car if I needed too 10/10

First class experience

Both Alex and his brother were fantastic to deal with.
Their communication was first class.
We viewed a van before it was ready, Alex put right everything that was needed as promised and we now have a van that we are very pleased with.
I would, without doubt highly recommend parkwood cars if you are looking for a vehicle.

Overpaid for what it's worth.

I bought a VW Caddy 2017 plate from Alex. 78800 miles, 1.6L DSG. No AC. Ex work van. £14k

Upon closer inspection post-purchase, I discovered substantial undeclared defects. The van, previously used as a work vehicle, shows extensive cosmetic damage, including deep scratches, numerous dents, a broken left-side mirror, and damaged paintwork still displaying the previous company’s name. Additionally, the interior panels are broken and mismatched winter/summer tyres were used to pass the initial MOT, given the price paid I would have expected more.

As I approach the vehicle's first MOT under my ownership, I am increasingly anxious about its condition. I am not a mechanic and possess limited knowledge which exacerbates my concerns. The three-month warranty provided should have been a warning sign, and I now regret not recognising it as such.

Given the vehicle's current state, it is worth about half of the purchase price without the additional work to restore it to a respectful standard. I can now see VW caddy vans with less milage, bigger engines and in better condition for thousands less.

I cannot help but feel deceived and regretful. I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly inspect any vehicle before purchase, as pictures can be misleading.

A good company to deal with.

Very impressed with how they dealt with my part exchange. No issues with the purchase of Qushqi I bought. All really straight forward and nice people to deal with. Would certainly recommend based on my experience.
