Fantastic experience - I am glad I did not read the reviews before
Order No. 12120013118. It was my first order. I ordered Parmigiano from the red cow (vacche rosse), since I knew this cheese from a food fair. This cheese is like a piece of paradise. I asked a lot of questions beforehand and Nadia answered them all. I ordered on 18.09. in the morning, and today at lunch time I received the package. It was insulated in an environment friendly way, and there was an ice package inside, which I can reuse. I got information emails about all the steps (confirmation of order, shiptment of goods, link that makes me see where the goods are). When I contacted DHL express, at first they claimed that the goods had been shipped by ordinary DHL and would take a week. Then I freaked out a bit, but I think the German side gave me the wrong information. The goods came so quickly. Nadia, for sure I am going to order again. Tante grazie e saluti.
