They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, on a number of occasions have got us out of jail by getting spare parts to us out of hours. I can't recommend them highly enough. The PG Team are very knowledgeable and helpful. The tech support is great, and often offer to provide demos on new products. The team even help in sourcing obscure components which is very helpful. I would recommend discussing your controls needs with them!
