Parnaby Removals came recommend to me and I wasn't disappointed.

To hear the phrase "there's no such thing as problems, only solutions" on your moving day, was just what I needed to help put me at ease for the day.

The team were reliable, friendly and efficient making the whole process really smooth. Nothing was too much trouble and they took such great care of everything.

This is the second time I have used this company and I have to say professional Harry and his team are. They were bang on time, prepared and hard working. It was absolutely pouring down all day and there wasn’t a speck of rain or dirt transfer on the new carpets! They were polite and positive and problem solvers, nothing was an issue for them.

Highly recommended and i will use the company again!

This company is the best; we had a very difficult sale and the moving date was changed so many times but they were always there to try to support us when we contacted them.
The men who moved us were fantastic. They took great care with our belongings. They were cheerful at all times and gave us a boost when we were starting to tire. I would definitely recommend them .

Parnaby's were great. I needed to move out and my booked removers, to whom I paid a deposit, didn't turn up. I phoned my estate agent. They recommended Parnaby's. The finished a job, came straight to me,took a few pieces of furniture to pieces and moved far more than I originally asked. My furniture was moved to my new home easily efficiently carefully and respectfully.
I'm thrilled. I can't recommend them highly enough. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Due to an administrative mixup, my movers arrived unprepared for the full-service move I was expecting. But between the very helpful and courteous movers themselves and the dutiful, concerned service of Anthony over the phone, the whole thing got sorted in short order...in spite of the guys being overloaded with jobs this time of year!
I have a TON of stuff and don't envy the movers their job when tackling it. Parnaby's movers were consistently courteous and helpful, and the two men who had to finish the job really put themselves into it to get done in time.
I've used Parnaby before, always recommend them and will come back to them for my (inevitable) next move.

Harry, Dan and Tom were fab. Worked really hard to pack us up, move us and then build all the furniture again. Made the experience as easy as possible. Would highly recommend

Excellent service! A team of 3 arrived in 2 small vans on time. They then worked non stop from 930am until 4pm with barely a break, despite asking if they wanted drinks / biscuits. Everything was really well loaded and unloaded. Nothing was damaged or broken and everything was placed in the right rooms. They were really polite and friendly. Communication was good leading up to the move. Thank you for making it easy! Highly recommended.

Anthony and Harry made move day so easy for us. The lads arrived on time and were friendly, respectful and efficient. They looked in every room to see what was being moved and carefully put our belongings on to the van, wrapping furniture in blankets and protecting breakable items. They even dismantled and reassembled our beds! I would highly recommend Parnaby’s for your move.

Tom and Dan are two of the best gentleman I have met very friendly, polite and respectful of my property. The team arrived on time and reviewed what needed to be done checking each room so the items would fit perfectly and securely onto their vehicle. Tom and Dan worked quickly loading their vehicle and transported everything securely and safely to the new home they asked where each item was to be placed and they set about placing each item into the correct room no task was a problem. I contacted Anthony who set up the moving date and issued all documentation required he made sure I was up-to-date with everything and if I had any questions he would answer them quickly and be very supportive. Parnaby provides excellent service and I would recommend them. I would not use another removal company.

We had a terrible experience with this company. Initially they come across very genuine. Tell you "don't worry about anything" "they'll take the stress out of it all". Talk the talk. However when it came to our removal day through no fault of our own we did not get our keys until after 5.00pm. On getting to the house they announced that it was too late to unload the van & they would come back Monday to unload, bearing in mind it was Friday! All our belongings, including my teenage sons were on that van and we were left to sort out alternative accommodation etc over the weekend. It would have been slightly better if someone had let us know earlier that they were not going to unload rather than leaving it to so late on.
Following on they then had the cheek to bill us for the extra waiting time and said they would waiver the storage charge even though they stored one van on our property!
Please do not be fooled by their patter all they really care about is getting your money!!

Absolutely no issues with this Removal firm. Guys were friendly and got on with the job in hand. At the new house they were happy to take the boxes to any room we wished.

Used Parnaby Removals on Friday to move my elderly parent's to be close to us. We were worried as they have not moved for over 40 years and getting on. We chose this firm from the reviews as we had no clue who to use and we are so pleased we did. Harry Tom & Dan were fantastic with them both. So patient & understanding I would highly recommend this firm. from a very happy James & family

I gave 3 stars because Parnabys was able to accommodate our move at very short notice which was brilliant. The lads are really nice and friendly and made the move seem effortless.

However, I couldn't rate the service higher due to lack of care with our furniture/items. As we open more boxes, we are noticing more things broken or bashed/scratched. This includes desktop computer (feet smashed), main living room TV (permanent scratch on the panel, and now making a weird buzzing sound as a result of being dropped/bashed). One of the removal men wasn't very careful with lowering a foot stool unit into the living room and hit the foot off the wall, leaving a permanent chip.

So overall, great accomodation at short notice, nice bunch of lads, but lack of respect/care for people's belongings.
