I've purchased a watch via online 2 weeks ago.
The status of the order changed to processed & completed immediately. At first, i was so happy that their service is so efficiency.
However, it's a nightmare and disaster for their after services.
1) The delivery status not sending out although 3 business days passed. Different agents from their customer care team replied different answer and keep giving sucks excuse that they already shipped out the product to courier services, and pending courier service updates and reply. After 3-4 chasing emails, they only replied and provide the delivery status. Eventually, only can get the product much more later than they mentioned in their homepage.

2) The worst nightmare happened after i received the product.
When i unboxed the watch, although I found a bit dissapointed as it's a bit different from what i have expected, but still acceptable.
However, when i try to take out my phone camera to take a picture of the watch, i found there is a crack at the bezel insert. It's very hard to spot. I wrote a email to this company asking for exchange immediately, they reply me that they only can send me a new bezel as a compensation. (This is ridiculuos reply as i didn't wear it at all)
After i ask for exchange, they ask me to mail it back to their office. Once the product is arrived, then they only will proceed the exchange. Due to the watch is bought for a BD present purpose, to avoid further delay, I have no choice and agree to get a new bezel instead. (I still need to find someone to change for me)

Now, the worst disaster is happened, they show me that they already proceed the order and I will get the delivery status update soon. However, i did not get any single updates 5 days later although i send out reminder to their company everyday.

Eventually, 1 of the agent told me that they couldn't send the bezel to me because he said i dropped the watch and broke it!!!!!
What the FXCK of this ridiculous services!?

I have sent a email again but still not getting any response from the team.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY WATCH from this company although it's cost you 1 hundred bucks. It's a rubbish company!
I am a watch lover and i will share this with all the community around and NOT to buy any single watch from this PARNIS (penis?) company.

I bought a Parnis Pepsi-GMT model watch(-with Jubilee Bracelet) on official Parnis.org web site. My order received me in 2 weeks. (From Chinia To Turkey) But however the bracelet wasnt as Jubilee bracelet when I received my Order. I sent an email to Parnis.org for this mistake. Then They said they could give me $20 back if I wanted to.

But I said I didn't want money, I just wanted a jubilee bracelet. After this, Parnis.org send me a Jubilee Bracelet in 1 month without asking anymore money for this bracelet.(absolutely free) So I am very pleased with this support.

And Also They ship your order with fast and trackable shipping companies like DHL or EMS. Thank You Very Much Parnis.

In the past year I bought 8 PARNIS WATCHES, 7 of them are 3-6 seconds per day off ( which is great ) 1 is 40 sec off per day still not that bad and I could adjust it if it would bother me that much. Build quality is MORE than just acceptable then are really good. paid about 70-110 canadian dollar per watch. if these were orient same quality they would have been 150-250 ca per, Seiko would be 220-300 per. Yes they are look alike ( homage) i DONT CARE ABOUT THAT. the designs are very nice, the quality is great, the movements hold great time. I dont try to tell people its a rolex, I tell people its a high quality chinese ( the truth) Do the chinese still make 1 dollar scrap watches YES, but this is 2019 not 1960, The chinese can and DO make good watches now. Swatch co. knows that they are up against it in the 500 or less watches now, The Chinese are now aiming at the midrange quality ( Hamilton, Tissot range) These parnis are within 10% in total quality of these. Sea-gull movements are now 25% of ALL Automatic movement in the WORLD and coming on strong. NO I dont own a Rolex, I dont drive a Maybach and I dont live in Monaco so don't come to me with " I would never buy less then a AP or a Rolex gold because I am worth it, I am not a cheap scrap person or a want to be person of high class ( higher then you) I like most watches I dont care who made it, I care if its well made.

Ordered on 16 APR paid $144.49. Have taken my money but still no watch. Showing order fulfilled but have not received the watch and local post office have not received any package. Have emailed 3 times to various people but just get a standard reply and no follow up.
Don’t expect any customer service, they haven’t a clue. Buyer beware. Shame as I’ve 2 Parnis watches ordered through AliExpress with no problem.
Well it’s 18 June. Still no watch and no refund either. Parnis have offered to send me a FREE replacement if I remove this post. Now that’s what they call Customer Service

This is my 3rd time to buy a watch from parnis and they never fail to surprise me it arrives early than I expected. I am a watch collector and I must say that this company is truly phenomenal.

I have to say that I was impressed, both by the quality of the watch and also on the fast delivery. It took less than a week to reach my address in Prague, Czech Republic. Will buy another one soon ...

I have to say I have collected many watches over the years, some very expensive indeed, £1,000’s but this Daytona 05 is absolutely fantastic. With a sapphire crystal and ceramic bezel. Well detailed neat printing and the hands line up perfectly. I think it is my favourite watch. I have been criticised for buying Parnis watches from watch snobs. There are some very negative reviews on YouTube (some good ones as well) but hey these watches are just over £100 not £10,000! The watches are very affordable and a joy to own. I will continue to increase my collection with Parnis. In fact, I have just ordered a GMT.

Ordered a Parnis President 03, great quality, honestly. It looks stunning in person. shipping took 9 days to London UK. Happy with my purchase.

Great watch which is better than my Rolex, very beautiful and well made. The company responded quickly to my questions and were very helpful. I would recomend Parnis to anyone thinking of buying one of their watches.

My Son bought a Pernis watch for his girlfriend. It turned out to be too big and my son contacted Parnis and sent the watch back according to the agreement, with extra cost to certainly comply with the rules stated in the purchase rules. They refunded the whole amount back to his account within 72 hours. Thanks for the correct refund. Nice watches!

I purchased a Parnis Caliber (ST) watch in August 2018. At the end of November 2018 the hour hand fell off and was loose in the case. I contacted Parnis and they offered to repair the watch. I returned the watch to them at the beginning of December however it has not been returned to me after 3 months and a number of attempts to have it returned. This is very poor customer service in my opinion and I would not buy another watch from them. Others may have had a better experience with Parnis but mine has been bad. Funnily enough I was very happy with the watch until then.

My advice is to be very careful and if you have a fault with your watch take it to a local repairer, it may cost you more but at least you will habe a watch - unlike me.

I recently purchased 3 Parnis watches, a GMT (JS), a Daytona (03) and a Submarine (BL). I was really impressed with the build quality of these watches. I'm looking forward to trying a few other Parnis watches in the near future. I did have one minor issue with a bracelet clasp but the customer service team was very quick to offer support.

I bought 2 Parnis Presidents (one for my girlfriend) and after opening them, both looked fantastic. As a major bonus, mine came with a Miyota 21 jewel movement WITH hacking which I hadn't seen before. I've been wearing mine since then every day for the past 5 days and it has averaged gaining less than 0.5 seconds a day which is undoubtedly within the accuracy levels of the ISO 3159 standard that the company told me they provide with all their watches. WOW! Would I buy a watch from this company again? ABSOLUTELY!

Very good quality watches. Staff are always extremely courteous and helpful. The watches are built to a very high quality and the finish on them is always excellent. Chen Torres has been very helpful on many occasions. I would recommend Parnis watches to anyone wanting the 'look' but who don't not want to pay thousands. Thank you. Phil Stevenson
