Twice they have add products after check out.
I just placed my 2nd order, and for the 2nd time, they added a product to the order after checkout. Because it happened the first time, I was extremely careful to double-check before confirming the order. It happened again. They added another product not seen until after checkout.

I tired the eye firming product. I have tried 8 times putting that stuff on, and no matter how hard I try, I get it caked on. It's too goopy to pat on. Very frustrating. $120 down the drain.
