Disappointing Customer Service
Very disappointed with the customer service and warranty support. We had an issue with a part that failed and the process to resolve it has been frustrating and slow. When dealing with heating equipment, time is critical and better support should be provided to contractors and customers.

Unfortunately, this experience has made us hesitant to order from them again. Hopefully they improve their customer service and warranty handling in the future.

I ordered the part as it stated it was in stock. It was not, they did not notify me that it wasn't until they shipped it over 2 weeks later. Not satisfied, at all.

Will not refund the incorrect parts delivered. I have not opened the box it came in because I knew they were wrong before arriving and it was too late to stop the delivery
Additionally I called to see how to return and a lady Jessica actually yelled at me...yelled. im sorry, but that is not customer service...its abusive, to say the least.

Worst company ever to deal with. They do not stand behind their service and I will NEVER order from them again...oh and originally asked to exchange for correct 2 parts but they flat out refused to work with me on this...
I would like that star to be a negative but that option was unavailable

the part they sent me was not the same as advertised. bait & switch. when i contacted them for a refund, they accused me of making a mistake when ordering. how could i have made a mistake when they confirmed TWICE what part i needed. the only mistake i made was buying from them. they finally agreed to refund my money. i sent the part back for a refund. later, they contacted me to say they would not be issuing me a refund since the part had been installed. the only way that part had been installed before was if they had sent me a used part to begin with.

Placed an order for parts for our boiler. They claim parts were in stock and they ship same day if order received by 4pm. That would have been here in Vermont next day by UPS ground. Took them 2 days to ship and its coming from the factory in Texas. They should specify FACTORY STOCK and no stock in Massachusetts. Misleading.
