Order Delayed, Cancellation Ignored, Still No Refund
I placed Order #2793 on March 14, 2026, with a total value of €441.95. The shipping method stated at checkout was GLS EU, with an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days. Despite this, I did not receive proper shipment confirmation or a valid tracking number within that timeframe.
After waiting far beyond the stated delivery window, I contacted the seller and clearly requested cancellation of the order and a full refund. My instruction was explicit. Instead of replying properly and resolving the matter, they ignored my request and only created a GLS shipping label afterward. Creating a label is not the same as honoring a cancellation request, nor does it excuse the lack of communication.
What made this experience especially frustrating was not only the delay, but the complete absence of professional handling. There was no timely response, no proper accountability, and no serious effort to resolve the issue after I formally asked for a refund.
From a customer service and order management perspective, this was unacceptable. When a customer has been left without shipment transparency and then explicitly asks for cancellation and refund, the seller should respond immediately and act accordingly.
