I place an order on 2/24/23 receive…

I place an order on 2/24/23 receive order # and credit card was charged, here we are 3/3/23 seven days late no parts, no tracking number nothing they have two phone numbers listed but both phone numbers failed so I end up phone my credit card company to file an dispute. do not do business with this company as you can see many bad reviews, wish known about this before i place the order. will not be doing anymore business with this company.

Did not receive total order.

I ordered 6 items but only received 2. The invoice showed it was fulfilled in full. When I emailed the company, I was then told the rest of my order was on a national back order. That should have been disclosed when I placed the order or, at very least, it should have been disclosed on the invoice.
I'm very disappointed.

THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
If there was an option to not give a star, I wouldn't have given them 1 star. This company is a scam. I do not even think that this is a legitimate company. The first time that I ordered from Partsfps, I made a large purchase. Right away they send me an invoice and order receipt. After three days they send me a very simple, not professional email saying that some of the items that I purchased are not in stock and that I will need to wait 3-4 WEEKS to get them on stock. I replied and because I needed the items, I said that I will wait.
Today, after making another purchase a week ago, I received my package with missing items. I immediately contact costumer service with questions and concerns about my package and without any explanation and any apologies or answers to my questions they send me a return label and I was said to return the items. Very rude, with non-respect towards me and my time. In all emails there is no name, no phone number and I do not even know who I am communicating with. This is ridiculous. I am ordering restaurant equipment from many companies, and I have NEVER experienced something like this before.
Very disappointed and I will definitely not order from this company again.

I did not receive all of the products I ordered, when I contacted PartsFPS they said they would call me back, yet never did. Days later I made contact again, this time the agent said to call back in 2-3 hours, after calling back I was told the missing items would not be available for some time. The sale representative had a very bad attitude and sounded as if they really did not wish to assist me, at this time I still don't have all of the items I was in need of and I have no idea when I'll receive them.

Fake company

Absolutely rubbish service. Ordered the part, got the receipt with tax on it without a valid VAT number. No reply to email. No phone number, just a unit in Glasgow and a PO box number. I don't think this is a legitimate company in the UK. Avoid like the plague. Looks like a scam.
