In stock!!!!!!

I ordered 2 parts that were in stock. The first part took a month to come in. The 2nd part I'm told will be here by the end of the month thats 3 months later. Both parts were listed as in Stock!!!!

We ordered part in March & didn’t receive it till the end of July. We emailed consistently & were told it was on nationwide back order yet it was paid for in March when we were told it was in stock.

No customer service

Funny thing is, I call and email multiple request to adjust my order and never hear anything back, but you guys have sent me so many review/survey requests I now feel obligated to answer one. Zero replies from customer service, on communication all I get are these annoying surveys.

FPS is a lifesaver.

I've been servicing commercial cooking equipment for over 30 years. FPS parts has been a lifesaver to some of my customers , quality parts at a reasonable price have been hard to come by in the last few years. Not only is their website easy to use , the shipping is fast and very reasonable.

worst customer service

Called and Emailed to confirm part would work But did not. Cost of part was $91.77 Refund was only $72!!!
Rip off!!

Didn't receive order, would not answer phone.

Didn't receive order, would not answer phone.

Ordered about $580 worth of items, but didn't receive order, even though UPS showed that it was shipped. They could have used the wrong address to show that the order was shipped.

I ordered and paid for a quantity of 4…

I ordered and paid for a quantity of 4 of an item and only received 1 item. I tried calling the service number and the gentleman that answered was very rude and hung up on me. He said my other parts are coming and hung up the phone. As of today I still have not received the rest of my order

I ordered parts for a Hobart mixer

I ordered parts for a Hobart mixer. Part of the order was shipped immediately - great job. Some of the parts I ordered were no longer available and FPS refunded the amount I paid for those parts and they refunded the shipping too. Very much appreciated!
I will order from them again!
